1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by A Shayde Creative LLC. We create and sell handcrafted stained glass artwork, home décor, and related products.

2. Handmade Products

Every stained glass piece is handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted art and the unique characteristics of stained glass, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in glass color, texture, opacity, solder lines, and craftsmanship are normal and are considered part of each piece's uniqueness.

Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor or device settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

We accept payment through the payment methods offered during checkout.

4. Shipping

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on whether an item is ready to ship or made to order.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. A Shayde Creative LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

5. Damaged Shipments

Every order is carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Product Safety

Our stained glass artwork is created using the traditional Tiffany method and contains lead-based solder.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Decorative items are intended for display purposes only.
Items are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.
Hands should be washed with soap and water after handling.
Products should not be placed where they may be frequently handled by children or used for food preparation.
Customers are responsible for using and displaying products safely.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of A Shayde Creative LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Custom Orders

Custom commissions are accepted at our discretion.

Design concepts, estimated timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. Deposits for custom work may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Shayde Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
