Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the item.

Ready-to-ship items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Made-to-order items (Pre Orders): Please allow 3-5 weeks as these items need to be completely made from scratch and then shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging

Because stained glass is fragile, every order is packaged with great care using protective materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

A Shayde Creative LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
